Rick Gibbs is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth, ensuring Dealer.com’s product roadmap and customer experience meets the sophisticated needs of the company’s growing client base. Prior to being named CEO in December 2012, Gibbs served as president and CTO, where he orchestrated a new phase in Dealer.com’s growth. He was responsible for the success of company’s digital marketing platform, guided the company’s digital and social advertising initiatives, built out the company’s leadership team, and was instrumental in bringing on and cultivating the employees who drive the success of the company.

Mark Bonfigli,

Founder

Mark Bonfigli is the Founder of Dealer.com. He has more than 20 years of marketing, sales and service experience in the auto industry, which includes 14 years as CEO of Dealer.com. A recipient of the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, and the Vermont State Small Business Person of the Year, Bonfigli is recognized for his stewardship of Dealer.com’s remarkable growth and his hand in shaping the company’s progressive, innovation-focused culture. As the Chief Earthling, Bonfigli dedicates himself to ensuring the company’s workforce and culture remain an integral part of the company’s success.

Mike Lane,

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Mike Lane is responsible for implementing operational excellence. He leads the Operations, Business Development, Global Business, Client Services, Information Technology, Legal, and Facilities teams, ensuring the company can scale to meet expanding client needs. He also manages and builds strategic partnerships and international relationships to support the environment, employees, and internal systems central to the company’s growth and success. Lane introduced in–house teams – including account management and 24/7 technical support – that help clients realize the full value of the Dealer.com solutions. Lane established Dealer.com as the automotive marketing leader in online advertising with the creation of the company’s SEO and SEM teams, and was central to key partnerships with Google, Yahoo and Facebook. He is the executive driver of Dealer.com’s growing portfolio of international relationships.

Tom O'Leary,

Chief Customer Officer

For more than 20 years, Tom O’Leary has driven sales and marketing for OEMs, national consumer automotive portals, and leading automotive vendors. His comprehensive understanding of industry needs helps shape the Dealer.com experience across all customer touch points. Prior to Dealer.com, O’Leary directed retail and Internet sales operations for Tesla Motors, managed the automotive dealer vertical for eBay Motors, and served as vice president for Jumpstart Digital Marketing. In that role, he managed strategic marketing programs for OEMs on properties like eBay, Vehix.com and NADAguides.com. Additionally, O’Leary oversaw product development and customer service for Ford’s DealerConnection program and directed dealer sales at Autoweb.com.

Kristin Halpin,

Chief Talent Officer

Kristin Halpin has been a strategic human resources professional in dynamic global HR environments for more than 20 years. Most recently, she served in Washington D.C. as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for DAI (Development Alternatives, Inc.), an international development company with $400 million in revenue and more than 2,000 employees worldwide. Prior to DAI, Halpin lived in London where she led the effort on building an HR infrastructure for IDX Systems Corporation – acquired by GE Healthcare in 2006 – throughout London and Southern England. She also lived in Hong Kong working for Expedia, APAC (Asia Pacific) where she built the HR Infrastructure and partnered in opening up seven different offices over the Asia Pacific region.

Wayne Pastore,

Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Wayne Pastore has 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including more than a decade of experience in leadership roles at leading global technology companies. Pastore brings a wealth of financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and strategic planning experience to Dealer.com. Prior to joining Dealer.com in 2012, Pastore was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Sonus Networks, a publicly traded leader in IP-voice networking. At Sonus, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations and their investor relations program. Through his leadership, he transformed the company’s financial operations, key business processes and corporate-wide internal controls, while building shareholder value through a more efficient expense and operating structure. Previously, Pastore held leadership roles at Sycamore Networks, Spotfire and eXceleon. Pastore holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Jason Chapnik, Chairman of the Board

Jason Chapnik has founded or co-founded several Internet related companies including TouchTech Corporation (Ontario). In 1997, TouchTech was acquired by Homestore.com Inc., operator of the leading real estate sites on the Internet including Realtor.com, Homebuilder.com, Springstreet.com, Remodel.com and Homefair.com. Through late 1999, Chapnik served as the President of Homestore.com’s Canadian operations. In late 1998, Chapnik founded The .TV Corporation to market the dotTV top level domain on the Internet. Chapnik received his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from McGill University in Management Information Systems and Real Estate Analysis.

Allen DeBevoise, Chairman of Movie Magic Technologies

Allen DeBevoise has held numerous Board of Directors positions for companies such as iVillage and LowerMyBills.com as well as CEO positions at companies such as TCI Interactive, Creative Planet and AND Interactive. Currently, DeBevoise serves on the board of directors of Dealer.com, Machinima.com, LAT34.com, AllyKatzz.com, Domainer.com and iCreate.com. Recently, DeBevoise was instrumental in the creation of numerous joint ventures on behalf of AOL including TMZ.com and LAT34.com.

Marcelo Gigliani, Partner in the Media Team at APAX

Since joining Apax Partners in 1999, Marcelo has both led and participated in a number of key investments across the Media, Technology, Business Services, and Healthcare sectors throughout North America and Europe, including Trader.com, Dealer.com, ALM, Cengage Learning, Wisdom Entertainment, Capio, Electro-Stocks, rue21, eDreams and Fractus. In addition to joining the Dealer.com board, Marcelo is currently a Director on the boards of Trader Corporation, Cengage Learning, and ALM.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Marcelo was a Consultant for Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), where he advised leading European Media and Communications companies. Marcelo received a BSC in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rich Wong, Partner at Accel Partners

Richard joined Accel in 2006 with an interest in software, mobile and internet services. Rich led Accel’s investment in Angry Birds (Rovio) and serves on the boards of Atlassian, the leader in software for streamlining product development; SunRun, the leading provider of residential solar power; MoPub, a leader in mobile ad platforms; Qwilt, a provider of video optimization technology; Getjar Networks, the largest mobile development community and open mobile app store, and Parature, a leader in SaaS based customer support. Rich previously led Accel’s investment and served on the Board of Admob (acquired by Google), as well as 3LM/Three Laws of Mobility, an Android enterprise startup (acquired by Motorola Mobility).

Rich holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his Masters in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mitch Truwit, Co-Head of Financial & Business Services at APAX

Prior to joining Apax Partners in 2006, Mitch was the President and CEO of Orbitz Worldwide, a subsidiary of Travelport, between 2005 and 2006 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Priceline.com between 2001 and 2005. He serves as a Board member of Bankrate, Inc., Hub International, Advantage Sales & Marketing, Trader Corp, and Dealer.com.

Mitch is a graduate of Vassar College where he received a BA in Political Science. He also has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mitch is the Chairman of Street Squash, a Harlem-based urban youth enrichment program and is an honorary member of the Special Olympics of CT, an organization providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Mitch was previously a member of PEC, an organization established to provide information about the private equity industry.
