Dealer.com training is flexible, maximizes learning, and minimizes down time for our clients. Our training department consists of experts well versed in dealership culture and the particular approaches that increase buy-in and adoption at the dealership level. Training programs can include:

Off-site Regional Training
Dealer.com will send trainers to a location of your choice to host training sessions. We find that when we train regional and district personnel at an offsite location, dramatic results are possible.

Web-Based Training Sessions
It can be difficult to get your regional and dealership personnel in one place at the same time. As a solution, we offer web-based training for our clients. Dealer.com training staff delivers highly effective webinars that ensure participants can absorb the content covered.

Built-In Technology Training
A unique feature to Dealer.com is our built-in training videos. Our platform features a ControlCenter™ where training for nearly every element of our platform is available via online video. Dealer.com clients can watch tutorials on how to edit content and pages on their websites, effectively manage PPC campaigns and more.

Pre-Launch
We do not launch our customers' SmartSites until our dealers can effectively use the Dealer.com platform. Although on-site training is available, experience has shown that interactive web-based training is more time- and cost-effective for our customers. Customers participate in weekly training sessions that merge online instruction with interactive discussion.

Post Launch
After launch, we'll host ongoing training sessions to handle employee turnover and cross-training of staff. Unlimited training is available for our products right from ControlCenter™, and customers can attend these sessions at will.

Our account management and support teams can also initiate impromptu web-based training using the same tools we use for our scheduled training. Clients also receive monthly client and best practices newsletters designed to supplement learning with industry best practices, product tips, and industry news.
