When will the new Dealer.com sites be ready?
Dealer.com Lexus websites are targeted to launch in June 2017. Once dealers complete the sign-up process, it typically takes between 4-6 weeks to complete a new site launch. If you need to request an express launch, please communicate that to your Production Project Manager in your kick-off call.
How many designs are there?
Dealer.com offers Lexus dealers a choice of five data-driven, compliant website designs engineered for luxury shoppers, as well as the industry’s smartest website navigation.
Where can I see the designs and make my selection?
Designs can be viewed at dealer.com/lexus/websites/design-gallery. Your Dealer.com Production Project Manager will assist you with selecting a design option for your dealership during the kick-off phase. You also have the option to change your design at any time with no additional charge to your dealership.
Will the new site have all my content/pages on it?
Once your dealership signs-up with Dealer.com, a Production Project Manager will reach out to you to discuss your new site build. Content and pages from your existing website may be carried over from your existing website and Production will walk you through the process for migrating this content.
Who is my performance improvement consultant?
Your Dealer.com Performance Improvement Consultant will reach out to you shortly after your site launches. Dealerships using Dealer.com will also be assigned a dedicated Digital Advisor, who will also reach out to you once your website launches.
Where do I price my cars?
Dealers typically price their vehicles in various inventory management tools. You may choose to price your cars within Dealer.com’s Inventory Lifecycles dashboard, within your DMS, or within an inventory management system like vAuto. Your Dealer.com Production Project Manager will work with you to determine the source of truth for your dealerships’ vehicle pricing and will set your website up to poll pricing accordingly.
