New Advertising Clients

If you set your initial monthly advertising budget at $1,000 or more between July 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018, and keep such monthly budget for at least 3 months, Dealer.com will match such initial budget amount* in Premium Display Advertising spend distributed over 3 months (“Ad Match”), while inventory supplies last. Ad Match will occur the same month and the next 2 months if you set your initial budget between the 1st and 5th of the month, or the following 3 months if your initial budget is set on or after the 6th of the month. For example, if you set your initial monthly budget at $3,000 on July 3, 2018, Dealer.com will add an additional $1,000 of Premium Display Advertising to your July, August and September budgets, provided that you maintain your monthly advertising budget at or above $3,000 during those months. Dealer.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the Ad Match amounts. Any unspent Ad Match shall not roll-over to the next month.

Existing Advertising Clients

If you increase your advertising budget between July 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018 by a minimum of $1,000, and keep such increased budget for at least 3 months, Dealer.com shall match such budget increase amount* in Premium Display Advertising spend distributed over 3 months (“Ad Match”), while inventory supplies last. Ad Match will occur the same month and the next 2 months if you increase your budget between the 1st and 5th of the month, or the following 3 months if you increase your budget on or after the 6th of the month. Your advertising budget shall remain at the increased level unless you otherwise instruct Dealer.com. For example, if your June 2018 advertising budget was $1,000 and on July 3, 2018 you increase your advertising budget to $4,000, Dealer.com will add an additional $1,000 of Premium Display Advertising to your July, August and September budgets, provided that you maintain your monthly advertising budget at or above $4,000 during those months. In October 2018, your advertising budget shall remain at $4,000 unless you otherwise instruct Dealer.com. Dealer.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the Ad Match amounts. Any unspent Ad Match shall not roll-over to the next month.
